Elizabeth Kellerman, MSN, RN worked as a critical care nurse in an Intensive Care Unit of a community hospital and that experience provided significant training in caring for older adults. Her experience and knowledge led her to nursing education where she taught at a community college as she received her Master's in Nurse Education at Western Carolina University. As a nursing instructor, she spent time in many types of care settings including medical-surgical inpatient and community living centers. Her passion for education and training has most recently led her to a position as Subject Matter Expert and Curriculum Designer for Relias.

Meredith earned a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from The University of Akron and a Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Eastern Michigan University. After completing her internship with The Detroit Medical Center in 2007, she began working in various academic medical centers in Ohio and North Carolina. She has experience in providing nutrition therapy in both acute and ambulatory settings. Her areas of nutrition specialty include oncology, cardio-thoracic transplant, renal, and general medicine. Meredith has been a guest speaker for numerous cancer survivorship groups and presented telemedicine lectures for North Carolina community colleges. She founded and ran an oncology teaching garden at the SECU Family House for patients and their families undergoing cancer treatment at The University of North Carolina. She is currently a SME writer for Relias.
Subject Matter Expert: Delia L. Lofton, DHSc, MSOL., R.T. (ARRT), CNMT
Delia Lofton is employed as a Professor of Radiography at Wake Tech Community College located in Raleigh, North Carolina. She has over 20 years of medical imaging experience as a registered radiologic technologist (RT) and certified nuclear medicine technologist (CNMT). She has earned a Master of Science, Organizational Leadership and a Doctorate in Health Science specializing in Telehealth from Nova Southeastern University.
