Ms. Workman is an Instructional Designer at Relias. She has a Master of Arts in Technology and Communication, as well as graduate certificates in Public Health, Epidemiology, and Digital Communications. Ms. Workman has a background in writing and designing online continuing medical education for physicians and other health professionals on multiple educational platforms, including web-based, game-based, and immersive learning environments. Dr. Rojas Joo has more than thirteen years’ experience of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Anti-Racism training programing, hiring, retention, and promotion of employees from diverse backgrounds, conflict resolution, and mentoring. He has worked as Chief Diversity Officer and Associate Dean for Diversity and Inclusion in higher-ed and, most recently as a DEI expert consultant on healthcare and corporate. Rojas Joo holds a Ph.D. from the University of Arizona in Hispanic Cultural Studies and a M.A. and B.A from the University of Texas in El Paso. Rojas Joo has certificates in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, intergroup dialogue, higher ed administration, and he is a published author and speaks, writes, and reads English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
