Instructor: Patricia Bojorquez, MSN, RN, CCM
Patricia Bojorquez, MSN, RN, CCM has experience in a variety of specialties in direct patient care including medical-surgical, labor and delivery, and neonatal ICU patients. She pivoted her hospital experience various aspects of care management, where she has spent the majority of her career providing disease and case management services in many settings including managed care, Worker’s Compensation, and the hospital. She has also applied this experience in the digital healthcare technology space and has served in executive roles for companies to implement care coordination and remote patient monitoring platforms to the Veteran’s Administration and as part of a nationwide CMS demonstration project. She currently manages a case management department for a HMO in California.
