Podcast: Vulnerability in Therapy

Vulnerability refers to the state of being open, authentic, and exposed to risk. Clients seeking mental health care are usually expected to be vulnerable. Behavioral health clinicians must also be vulnerable in order to form meaningful relationships and create a therapeutic space for clients to heal.

Vulnerability is also needed for healthcare professionals to develop both in and out of their careers. This podcast introduces clinician vulnerability in therapy, exploring what it is and why it is important.
