Cate is the Curriculum Designer for Revenue Cycle and Coding at Relias, where she leads the development of regulatory and coding compliance training for healthcare professionals. She is a Certified Professional Compliance Officer, holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida, and a Juris Master (Law) degree with a specialized concentration in Healthcare Regulations from Florida State University College of Law. Cate has over 25 years of experience in healthcare compliance, specializing in documentation and coding integrity, and education for the healthcare workforce.

Ron Orth obtained a nursing degree from Milwaukee Area Technical College in 1985 and a B. A. in Health Care Administration from Concordia University in 1996. Mr. Orth possesses over 30 years of nursing experience with over 20 of those in the Skilled Nursing industry. Mr. Orth has extensive experience in teaching Medicare regulations to healthcare providers both in the US and internationally. Mr. Orth is currently the Director of Curriculum Design for the Acute and Post-acute Care verticals at Relias. Ron has also successfully completed the Infection Control Officer training through the AHCA.
