Renee Baucum has more than 20 years of experience in healthcare, working in reimbursement and coding in addition to being an instructor. She holds certifications with AHIMA and AAPC and is currently an Inpatient Coder. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience while striving to inspire the next generation of professional medical coders as a certified PMCC instructor for AAPC and Integrity Coding.
