Subject Matter Expert: Jennifer Stoskus, PT, DPT, NCS
Dr. Stoskus has over a decade of experience working in outpatient physical therapy practice and a private practice in Hoboken, NJ that focuses on the management of adults with vestibular, concussion, and balance disorders. She has dedicated the last half of her career to professional education and clinical affairs in the rehabilitation technology industry. Her areas of industry expertise include assessment and management of postural control, force plate technology, virtual reality, and wearable sensors for motor control and movement analysis. Dr. Stoskus is an active member of the APTA, working on the Academy of Neurologic Physical Therapy’s Vestibular EDGE outcome measure task force and Vestibular SIG education team; she co-chairs the APTANJ’s Vestibular Special Interest Group. She is currently pursuing her PhD in Health Sciences from Seton Hall University in NJ where she has also worked as adjunct faculty.
