Heather has worked as an RN, a Director of Care, and an Administrator in LTC for over 18 years. She has both clinical and professional nursing management experience and carries specialties in Nursing and Health Law and Aging, Legal Nurse Consultant and as an Inspector with the Ministry of Long-Term Care for six years. Heather provides her expert opinion in Long-Term Care, to the legal system, in many provinces in Canada and supports nursing homes with her expertise as an LTC Homes Consultant.
