Subject Matter Expert: Julie Taylor, M. Ed, MBA
Julie is a Senior Consultant with Griffin Hammis Associates. She has been providing individualized and customized support to people with disabilities since the early 1990’s. Julie currently leads projects related to employment policy research and development. She develops training curriculum content and provides direct training and technical assistance to employers, providers, and government organizations.

Jessica is a SME Writer at Relias. Her primary writing responsibilities are in the Health and Human Services vertical, in the content area of intellectual and developmental disabilities. Jessica received her Bachelor of Science in Health Science, with a concentration in Disability Studies and Human Development, from Stony Brook University. She has over eight years of experience serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their supporters, including roles as a direct support professional, case manager, and qualified professional. Her experiences and coursework over the years have allowed her to develop a strong knowledge of person-centered planning and care, community resources, and service delivery.
Subject Matter Expert: Molly Sullivan, MS
For 25 years, Molly has been supporting people with disabilities with employment. She has worked in direct service and program management for both non-profit and government agencies and provided training and technical assistance under numerous innovative projects at the local, state, and national levels with a focus on Social Security work incentives and self-employment including state Medicaid Infrastructure Grants, state Disability Employment Initiatives, Social Security’s WIPA National Training and Data Center, and the Rehabilitation Services Administration’s Innovative Rehabilitation Training Program on self-employment, business ownership, and telecommuting.
