Cindy is a Resolute Coding Manager at a large integrated managed care consortium and also trains new coders in the nuances of coding. In addition to those duties, she serves as a subject matter expert on coding issues for the company's Compliance Department. She spent over 10 years’ experience as a Physician Auditor Educator assisting Providers in understanding the documentation required for the services provided as well as the diagnosis codes. Additionally, she spent over 5 years as an HCC Auditor in the early years of the HCC inception. Cindy served as an AAPC Local Chapter President for two years in Jacksonville, Florida.
