License renewals are due annually by the last day of the month of your birth. You will receive a renewal form in the mail 45 days prior to your renewal date. CEUs are collected every two (2) years. Licensees should search "Verify License" on the Board's webpage to confirm CEU due date (odd or even year cycle).
